I guess in the UK they call these unfiroms - college girl unifroms. But here in the United States we call them (naughty) school girl uniforms. I know more than one Catholic school girl that would wear one of those outfits while getting down and dirty with the half the baseball team - but I think I'm going on a tangent now. LOL sorry.
